HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On September 21, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties agree that there are several people whose depositions are crucial to

this case. Complainant knows that these individuals are in southern Illinois, but it has not been

able to locate them. The matter has been referred to complainant’s investigators, and the parties

hope that discovery will be complete within the next 60 days.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 11:30 a.m. on December 7, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. The parties shall be

prepared to discuss the status of this case, and their readiness for hearing.
