HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On January 11, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is still waiting for respondent to send

additional information. Additionally, petitioner would like to meet with respondent to discuss

possible closure activities which would negate the need for this appeal.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 10, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
