    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On November 18, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Wabash Valley Service (Wabash) may appeal an October 11, 2002 determination
    of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2000),
     
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified
    the site classification work plan and associated budget regarding a leaking underground storage
    tank site at 207 East Sycamore Street in Ridgway, Gallatin County. The Board extends the
    appeal period until February 13, 2003, as the parties request.

    an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.
