    The Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) submitted settlement
    information to R. Lavin
    & Sons, Inc
    (Lavin).
    In order for Lavin
    to have opportunity to review the Agency’s information, the
    parties request that this matter be set for a further status
    report.
    The Board hereby orders that the parties submit status
    reports to be received by the Board on or before August 31,
    1994.
