ORDER OF
THE
BOARD
 (by
 J.
 Anderson)
On August
 2,
 1993,
 Keystone Steel and Wire Company
(Keystone)
 requestes
 a 90-day stay
 in the proceeding Iirihe
Matter
of:
Petition of Keystone Steel and Wire Company for
Adjusted Standard from 35 Ill.
 Adm.
 Code 721.132, which was filed
concurrently with the motion.
Keystone filed the adjusted standard petition pursuant to a
consent order filed on July
 2,
 1993
in the case People of the
State of Illinois vs. Keystone Consolidated Industries,
 Inc.
(Peoria County,
 Chancery Division,
 No.
 93
 Cli 000103).
 The
consent order required Keystone to file
 a petition for certain
K062—listed materials by August
 1,
 1993.
 Keystone requests a 90-
day stay of proceedings to allow it time to provide further
validated data results
in an amended petition and for review by
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
 (Agency).
On August 13,
1993 the Agency filed a response stating that
it had no objection to the motion to stay as long as it’s
response time ran from the amended petition.
The Board notes that the amended petition was filed on
August 25,
 1993,
accompanied by a motion for leave to file,
stating that the further documentation is contained in the
amended petition.
The motion to file the amended petition is
granted.
We construe Keystone’s motion to file its amended
petition as rendering moot its earlier motion to stay.
 The
Agency’s request to start
its response time from the time the
amended petition is filed
 is granted.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
