the

Agency’s tiling of

an

administrative citation with the Board on October

1993.

On

1993, respondents filed

a “petition for review” of

the

administrative

citation, which they state is “file stamped

received in the State of Illinois Pollution Control Board October

1,

1993 which

was

not served upon the Respondents until

recently”.

The Board notes that, by filing dated October 8,

1993, the

Agency provided a copy of the certified mail receipt card (copy

attached),

as

it is required to do by Section 31.1(c)

of the Act.

The card was signed by “Pam

indicating that delivery of

the

administrative

citation

was

made

on

Any petition for review was accordingly required to be filed
