HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On July 15, 2005, the parties submitted a proposed revised discovery schedule. The

proposed revised discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: all parties must serve

responses for all outstanding written discovery on or before September 16, 2005; depositions of

fact witnesses must be completed by all parties on or before December 16, 2005; complainant

must disclose opinion and expert witnesses and opinions on or before January 20, 2006;

respondents must disclose opinion and expert witnesses and opinions on or before February 17,

2006; depositions of all opinion and expert witnesses must be completed by all parties on or

before March 17, 2006; all written discovery must be completed and responses served on or

before April 28, 2006.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on September 22, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
