ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On November 18, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
within which Illinois Ayers Oil Company (Ayers) may appeal an October 11, 2002 determination
of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

amended by
P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected
the high priority corrective action plan and associated budget regarding a leaking underground
storage tank site at 310 State Street in Beardstown, Cass County. The Board extends the appeal
period until February 13, 2003, as the parties request.
