    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 19, 2004, the petitioners participated in a telephonic status conference.
    Respondent did not appear. The petitioners represented that the related enforcement matter has
    settled and that a consent order has been entered. The petitioners represented that they anticipate
    that they will be filing a motion for voluntary dismissal for the respective matters once a revised
    permit is approved. The petitioners represented that they will file a waiver of the statutory
    decision deadline to and including February 18, 2004.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on November 23, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matters and
    their readiness for hearing. If, however, motions to dismiss the respective matters are filed prior
    to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
