    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a motion to extend time
    to file the Agency recommendation, filed by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) on March 31,
    1995.
    The
    Agency seeks an extension until June 30,
    1995 to file its
    recommendation, which is due to be filed on April
    13,
    1995.
    In support of its motion, the Agency states that counsel who
    had been representing the Agency in this matter has transferred
    from the Bureau of Air to the Bureau of Land,
    and this matter has
    therefore been reassigned to new counsel.
    The Agency’s new
    counsel needs additional time to fully consider the petition,
    prepare the Agency’s recommendation,
    and,
    if necessary, to meet
    with the petitioner.
    The Agency further states that counsel for
    petitioner has no objection to the requested extension.
    The Agency’s request for an extension of time to file its
    recommendation is hereby granted.
    The Agency recommendation is
    now due on or before June 30,
    1995.
