    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter is before the Board on a motion filed by the Illinois Attorney
    General on behalf of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) for an
    extension of time to respond to complainants’ petition for reconsideration and
    amendment of order and complainants’ motion to amend the petition for reconsideration
    and amendment of order. Complainants filed their petition for reconsideration and
    amendment of order on September 4, 1996 and complainants filed an amendment to
    their petition on September 16, 1996.
    The Agency requests additional time to review the amended petition in that it
    raises new issues not previously addressed in the originally filed petition. The Agency
    states that it will respond to all issues in one document filed on September 30, 1996.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion to extend time to respond to
    complainants’ petition for reconsideration and amendment of order until September 30,
    1996.
