    This matter comes before the Board on an joint motion for a
    further extension of time for the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency) to file its response.
    The Agency was
    previously granted an extension until September 15,
    1994 to file
    its response.
    In their motion the parties state that additional
    studies are being reviewed and the parties have scheduled a
    meeting on September 23,
    1994 that may affect the Agency’s
    response to the amended petition.
    The Agency expects that it
    will be able to file its response on or before October
    7,
    1994.
    The Board grants the motion for a further extension of time.
    The Agency shall file its response to the amended petition no
    later than October
    7,
    1994.
