    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by G.T. Girard):
    On June
    15,
    1992,
    Rock-Ola filed a
    status
    report as directed
    by the Board’s order of April
    9,
    1992.
    Rock-Ola reports that it
    continues to negotiate site specific standards for clean closure of
    the property, that the parties will contact the hearing officer by
    July 12,
    1992 to discuss the status of the case,
    and that the due
    date for the case is November 27,
    1992.
    As
    the parties have arranged
    a
    July
    status
    call
    with the
    hearing officer, the Board will not direct the filing of a further
    status report but will leave this to the discretion of the hearing
    officer.
    However,
    the
    Board
    notes
    that,
    based
    on
    the present
    decision
    date,
    hearing must
    be held
    in September
    to
    allow
    for
    briefing and Board deliberation and decisionmaking.
