    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On August 8, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until October 16, 2002,
    the time period within which Ralph Johnson Estate (Estate) may appeal a June 13, 2002
    determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    (a)(1) (2000),
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The
    Agency modified the proposed site classification budget regarding a leaking underground storage
    tank site at 9th Street and Fair Avenue in Pana, Christian County. Because the Estate failed to
    timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
