    On April
    6,
    1993, Alumax filed a “Motion for Extension of
    Time to File a Second Amended Petition for an Adjusted Standard”.
    The Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) has indicated that
    it has no objection to the filing of this motion.
    Therefore,
    Alumax is granted a thirty
    (30) day extension of time,
    until May
    16,
    1993,
    for the filing of a second amended petition for
    adjusted standard.
    On March 26,
    1993,
    the Agency filed a motion for extension
    of time to respond to the first amended petition filed by Alumax
    on March 6,
    1993.
    Since the Board has granted Alumax’s motion
    for extension of time to file a second amended Petition,
    the
    Agency’s motion for extension of time to respond is moot.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
