HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On December 29, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. This matter is related to PCB 04-207, People of the State of Illinois v. Edward

Pruim, an individual, and Robert Pruim, an individual. The tentative hearing dates for

February 8 and 9, 2005, was discussed and cancelled due to respondent’s intention to file a

motion to consolidate. In the interim, the parties are directed to discuss any outstanding

discovery issues, including requests to admit.

 

The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer is

scheduled for January 27, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

propose hearing dates.
