This matter comes before the Board on a motion to further
extend the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
(Agency)
response date filed by the Agency on March
4,
1992.
Section
106.714 of the Board’s procedural rules provides that an Agency
response to a petition for adjusted standard is due 30 days after
the filing of the petition.
The Agency states that Illinois-
American Water Company (Water Company) has no objection to the
extension.
On January 23,
1992,
the Board granted Water Company’s
motion to extend the time for the Agency to file its response for
an additional
30 days.
In the instant motion, the Agency asks
for an additional 120 days for the filing of its response.
The
deadline for the Board to render its decision in this matter has
been waived by the petitioner.
The Board grants the Agency’s motion.
The Agency’s response
is due no later than June 30,
1992
(120 days from the previous
due date of March 2,
1992).
