    This matter is before the Board on a petition for adjusted
    standard filed by Illinois Wood
    Energy
    Partners, L.P.
    (Wood
    Energy)
    on February 8,
    1994 pursuant to Part 106 of the Board’s
    rules (35 Ill.
    Adin. Code 106) and Section 28..
    of the
    Environmental Protection Act
    (Act)
    (415 ILCS 5/28.1).
    A hearing
    was held in the matter in Chicago Heights, Illinois on May 11,
    1994.
    At that hearing, the Hearing Officer, in order to provide
    a more complete record to the Board, directed Wood Energy to file
    with the Board all substantive filings from the Illinois Commerce
    Commission proceeding, docket #93-0610.
    The current motion
    before the Board was filed by Wood Energy on June 3,
    1994.
    The
    motion requests the Board to allow Wood Energy to supplement
    substantive filings in this matter in order to fulfill the
    Hearing Officer’s order.
    On May 25,
    1994, Wood Energy provided the Board its Post-
    Hearing Brief and a document entitled Substantive Filings from
    Petitioner’s Illinois Commerce Commission Proceeding,
    ICC Docket
    93-0610
    (Substantive ICC Filings) as directed to by the Hearing
    Officer.
    Part of the filings concerning the Illinois Commerce
    Commission were not complete.
    The reverse sides of the pages
    making up Exhibit 3 of the Substantive ICC Filings were not
    reproduced when submitted to the Board therefore leaving the even
    numbered pages out of the document.
    Wood Energy’s motion
    requests that the Board allows it to supplement its filing with
    the correct version of Exhibit
    3 which
    is attached to the motion.
    The Board grants Wood Energy’s motion to supplement its filings
    in this proceeding.
