On
January 31,
1994, the respondent,
Mr. Robert Waidron sent
a
letter
to
the
Board
requesting
that
the
Board
remove
the
administrative
citation
issued
by
the
complainant,
County
of
Jackson.
The Board will construe this
letter as
a motion
for
dismissal.
The
Board
entered
a
default
order
against
the
respondent on November 18,
1993, finding violation and imposing a
$1,500.00 penalty.
Mr. Waldron stated that he had a meeting with the County of
Jackson State’s Attorney, Mr. W. Chuck Grace, where he was informed
that “MdL charges had been dropped.”
The Clerk
of the Board has
not received a motion from the county dismissing the administrative
citation.
The motion is denied.
The Board will not dismiss or remove
the administrative citation against Mr. Waldron unless the County
of Jackson jointly files with Mr. Waidron a motion to dismiss the
administrative citation in this matter.
