    CONDECOR,
    INC.,
    AN ILLINOIS
    CORPORATION,
    Respondent.
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.
    A. Manning):
    On July 26,
    1993,
the Board received a joint motion to
    reconsider the Board’s July 22,
    1993, order.
    The parties also
filed a status report and a motion to file the report instanter.
    The July 22,
1993, order directed the hearing officer to set this
matter for hearing noting that the parties had failed to file a
status report as directed by a previous Board order.
The motion indicates that the parties had held a status call
with the hearing officer on July
    8 informing the hearing officer
that the parties were making progress toward resolution of all
    the issues before the Board.
    The motion further indicates that
the failure to timely file the status report with the Board was a
result of the attorney’s schedules and not due to a breakdown in
    negotiations.
    The Board will grant reconsideration
    of its July 22, 1993,
order and hereby vacates that order.
    The Board will grant the
motion to file the status report instanter.
The status report indicates that respondent has purchased
equipment and begun installation of the equipment.
    The parties
anticipate that the remedial action can be completed and the
settlement agreement finalized within 90 days
The Board directs the parties to file an additional status
report to be received by the Board no later than October
    15,
    1993.
    IT IS SO ORDERED
