    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
      
    On July 7, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding, however, the parties intend to
    submit a proposed revised discovery schedule on or before July 15, 2005.
     
    On June 7, 2005, the respondent Murphy Farms, Inc. (Murphy) filed a motion for a one-
    day extension to file its answer and for leave to file its answer and affirmative defenses
    instanter
    .
    Complainant had no objection. Murphy’s motion is granted.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on September 22, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
