HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On February 15, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The respondent represented that settlement discussions are proceeding and that

it has and continues to brief the new administration on the above-captioned matter. The

petitioners represented that they will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on May 12, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status must be initiated by the petitioners, but each

party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties

must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for

hearing.
