    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 6, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have made progress on the issue of land use control. Petitioner
    agreed to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline to October 21, 2004 within the next
    seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on May 20, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The decision deadline is currently August 29, 2004.
