This matter comes before the Board on its
own
motion.
These
actions were initiated with the Board on May 1,
1990.
No
substantive action has taken place in this matter since August 28
and 29,
1991.
The prompt resolution of enforcement actions is a matter of
substantial significance to the Board.
To that end, the Board
encourages the parties to assist in an expeditious final
disposition of this matter.
The hearing officer is directed to schedule this matter for
hearing by May 11,
1992, and to finish all hearings by July 15,
1992.
The hearing officer is also directed to set a post-hearing
briefing schedule if required.

subject this proceeding to dismissal for want of prosecution.
