ORDER OF THE BOARD

On April 2,

1993, Cummins Enginge Company and the Engine

Manufacturers Association

(petitioners)

filed a motion to

withdraw their joint petition for adjusted standard without

prejudice.

In support of the motion, petitioners state that it

is not practical to continue proceedings at this time.

The Board hereby grants the motion and closes the docket.

The Board, however, notes that petitioners need not request

dismissal without prejudice,

and the Board has not so ordered,

and are free to file a new adjusted standard petition in the

future.
