    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    The
    Board’s
    order
    of
    April
    23,
    1992
    granted
    the
    parties’
    request for a stay of these proceedings
    (to facilitate settlement
    negotiations)
    until August
    1,
    1992,
    and ordered the filing
    of
    a
    status report on the same day.
    The Agency filed a status report on
    July 27,
    1992.
    On July 31,
    1992 petitioner filed a supplement to
    the report accompanied by a waiver of the decision deadline through
    April
    24,
    1993.
    The parties report that they have been exchanging information,
    and that a meeting will likely be held in early August as part of
    the review of the proposed work plan for
    a column leaching test
    related to alleged soil contamination concerns.
    An Agency decision
    on the work plan is expected on or about September 15,
    1992.
    The Board on its own motion extends the stay for an additional
    ninety day period
    to end November
    15,
    1992.
    The
    Board
    further
    directs the parties to file an updated status report to be received
    -
    by the Board no later than November 15,
    1992.
