    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
      
    On October 21, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant made an oral motion for an extension of time to file its response to
    respondent Murphy Farms, Inc. (Murphy Farms) motion to dismiss, to and including November
    19, 2004. Murphy Farms had no objection. Complainant’s motion was granted. Respondent
    The Highlands, LLC (Highlands) also made an oral motion for an extension of time to respond to
    Murphy Farm’s motion to dismiss, to and including November 19, 2004. Over Murphy Farm’s
    objection, Highlands motion was granted. Murphy Farm was directed to inform the hearing
    officer on or before November 19, 2004, if it intends to file a reply to the respective responses.
     
    The parties a directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on December 9, 2004, at 11:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
