    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD

    On July 1,
    1994, American Waste Processing,
    Ltd.
    (American)
    filed a
    motion to stay review of the record in this matter until
    October
    1,
    1994.
    The last hearing in this matter was held on
    February 23,
    1993,
    and the petitioner’s reply brief was filed on
    August 11,
    1993.
    As a result of the hearings and briefs, the
    parties are in agreement that it is in the best interest of all
    concerned for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) to further review this matter.
    Petitioner has filed a
    new
    permit
    application with the Agency.
    The parties met on June
    15,
    1994, to discuss some of the technical issues.
    As a result
    of this meeting the Agency believes that a draft permit may be
    issued.
    An open waiver of the decision deadline has been
    provided by the petitioner.
    Therefore,
    the parties request that
    the Board stay its review of the record in this matter.
    The Board grants the motion to stay review of the record
    in
    this matter until after October
    1,
    1994.
