1992, We-Shred-It,

Inc. filed an adjusted

standard petition relating to the Board’s management standards

for used and waste tires.

Upon review, the Board finds the

petition deficient.

The Board directs the Clerk to supply a copy

of Part 106 Subpart G of the Board’s procedural rules to the

petitioner so that the requirements of that subpart may be

followed.

Unless the petitioner files its amended petition

within 45 days of this order,

this matter will be subject to

dismissal.
