    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
     
    On July 24, 2003, the Board received a motion to dismiss this matter filed by Waste
    Management of Illinois, Inc. The motion states that the County of Kankakee (County) does not
    object to the motion. Mot. at 2. The Board grants the motion to dismiss. The Board also notes
    that today in the related consolidated proceeding City of Kankakee, Merlin Karlock, Michael
    Watson, and Keith Runyon v. County of Kankakee and Waste Management of Illinois, Inc., PCB
    03-125, PCB 03-133, PCB 03-134, and PCB 03-135 (consld.), the Board vacated the
    respondent’s decision in this landfill siting for lack of jurisdiction.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
