    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
      
    On December 29, 2004, the complainant filed a motion to file a surreply to respondent
    Murphy Farms, Inc. (Murphy Farms) motion to dismiss. Also on December 29, 2004, Murphy
    Farms filed its objections to the complainant’s motion.
     
    Having read both pleadings, and in the interest of moving this matter forward,
    complainant’s motion is denied.
        
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on March 3, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
