statutory decision deadline in this matter.

the parties filed a joint status report.

that

have

reached

a

tentative

agreement and that petitioner anticipates withdrawing this petition

for review in the near future.

In the event petitioner does not

withdraw its petition for review within the next sixty days,

the

parties agree to submit a status report to the Board on or before

March

7,

1994.

The parties are directed to

file

a

status report with the

Board concerning this matter on or before March 7,

1994.
