    On March
    1,
    1993, Community Consolidated School District No.
    15
    (School District) filed a status report with the Board.
    The
    status report indicates that the Appellate Court granted the
    Office of the State Fire Marshal’s (OSFM) motion to stay the
    circuit court’s orders of September 11, 1992, October 29,
    1992
    and November 17,
    1992.
    On February 22,
    1993, OSFM filed a motion
    for leave to file the record on appeal with the Appellate Court.
    To assure that this matter before the Board is handled as
    expeditiously as possible, the School District is instructed to
    inform the Board promptly of any changes in the current status of
    these proceedings.
    The School District is directed to file semi-
    annual status reports.
    The next status report is to be filed
    with the Board on or before August
    1,
    1993.
