    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    filed a joint
    motion for extension of time,
    which the Board granted on July 21,
    1994.
    On July 21, Chase filed a motion to substitute an original
    signature page for the signature page submitted with the July
    12
    motion,
    since the initial filing was submitted with the Agency’s
    signature imprinted by facsimile.
    The motion to substitute the signature page is hereby
    granted.
