This matter

is before the Board on petitioner’s February 27,

1995 motion to withdraw appearance.

Concurrently with the

motion,

the petitioner waived the decision deadline until August

31,

1995.

Petitioner believes the waiver will not prejudice the

parties,

and respondent did not object to the waiver at the

February 22,

1995 status conference.

Petitioner’s attorney,

Sorling Law firm,

gave petitioner and

the hearing officer notice of its intent to withdraw.

The waiver

will allow petitioner sufficient time to substitute counsel and

prepare for the hearing.

The motion to withdraw is hereby granted.
