    This matter comes before the Board on complainants’ November 1, 1996
    emergency motion for reconsideration of the Board’s October 3, 1996 denial of
    complainants’ motion for reconsideration and amendment of order. Respondent filed a
    motion to strike and a response to the emergency motion for reconsideration on
    November 6, 1996.
    The Board hereby denies complainants’ emergency motion for reconsideration
    and grants respondent’s motion to strike.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
