This matter is before the Board on a January 12,
1995 status
report filed by petitioner Moline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners
(Dutchway).
Dutchway states that in mid—December the
petitioner’s counsel consulted with the Office of the State Fire
Marshal
(OSFI4).
The petitioner anticipates submitting additional
documents to OSFN for review of the site’s eligibility for UST
Fund reimbursement.
Petitioner also requests an additional 90
days for OSFM to review the petitioner’s eligibility for the UST
fund reimbursement.
The Board accepts Dutchway’s status report, and grants a
stay until June 15,
1995 of this proceeding to allow time for
review by OSFM.
Dutchway is directed to file an updated status
report with the Board no later than June 5,
1995.
