    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    A. Manning):
    This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on
    June 12,
    1991.
    On December
    16, 1993, the Board directed the
    parties to file
    a status
    report
    on or before January
    28,
    1994,
    concerning the status of this matter.
    On February 1,
    1994, Safety-
    Kleen filed
    a status report with the Board.
    Safety-Kleen states
    that the parties have reviewed
    a settlement agreement.
    Safety—
    Kleen stated that the parties are resolving the matter and that at
    this time
    it
    is awaiting
    final
    documentation from the Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    memorializing
    the
    settlement agreement.
    Safety-Kleen further states that they and the Agency have been
    able to come to agreement on four other similar closure appeals
    using
    the
    documentation
    developed
    during
    these
    negotiations.
    Safety-Kleen
    has
    also
    notified
    the Agency
    of
    its
    interest
    in
    resolving this matter expeditiously.
    The Agency did not filed a
    status report
    in this matter.
    The
    Safety-Kleen
    and
    the
    Agency
    are
    directed
    to
    file
    an
    updated status reports or a joint-status report on or before March
    11,
    1994.
