that the Board require an additional status report to be filed by

The Board notes that the statutory decision

deadline in this case is June 1,

1994.

Therefore,

the Board

directs the parties to submit an additional status report to be

received by the Board no later than 4:30 n.m. March

1,

1994,

if

the parties do not include a motion to dismiss at that time,

the

Board will set this matter for hearing absent an additional

decision deadline waiver.
