    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by G.
    T.
    Girard):
    On April
    24,
    1995, petitioner filed
    a motion for stay
    pending appeal.
Petitioners seek a stay of the Board’s orders of
    January
    19,
    1995,
    and March
    16,
    1995,
    remanding this landfill
siting case back to Williamson County.
    On April 26,
    1995,
    the
respondents filed an objection to motion for stay.
    The motion to
stay was filed after the petitioners and respondent had filed
    cross—appeals in the Appellate Court.’
    Therefore,
    the Board
    is
without jurisdiction and the motion for stay is denied.
    Petitioners are,
    of course,
free to raise their motion for stay
    in the appellate court.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I,
    Dorothy M.
    Gunn,
Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify that the above order was adopted on~he
