    This matter is before the Board on the City of LaSalle’s
    amended petition for an exception to the combined sewer overflow
    regulations.
    On May 31,
    1991, the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency filed a response to the amended petition.
    On
    June 11,
    1991, petitioner filed a motion to supplement the record
    which was granted on July 11,
    1991.
    The Agency’s response to the amended petition included a
    recommendation to grant a temporary exception with several
    conditions.
    Those conditions included monitoring and reporting
    requirements through 1992.
    At this time the Board is ready to
    proceed with this docket; however, the Board is asking the
    petitioner and the Agency to update the most recent filings
    including any additional monitoring and reporting data from the
    petitioner.
    The Board also asks that the Agency specifically
    address whether the conditions requested in the 1991 response
    should still be included and to what dates.
