ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T. E. Johnson):

On November 7, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until January 28, 2003,
the time period within which Goben Oil Company may appeal a September 25, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40
(a)(1) (2002); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified the proposed budget for the
high priority corrective action plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 302
South Central in Casey, Clark County. Because petitioner failed to timely file an appeal, the
Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on February 6, 2003, by a vote of 7-0.

    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
