HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On November 16, 2004, the complainant made an oral motion for an extension of time to

file its response to respondent Murphy Farms, Inc. (Murphy Farms) motion to dismiss, to and

including November 30, 2004. Murphy Farms had no objection. Complainant represented that

The Highlands, L.L.C., had no objection. Complainant’s motion is granted. Murphy Farms is

directed to inform the hearing officer on or before December 1, 2004, if it intends to file a reply

to the respective responses.

 

The parties a directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on December 9, 2004, at 11:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
