Section 28.1 of the Environmental Protection Act and 35 Ill.

Adin.

Code 106.711 require that a petitioner for adjusted standard

publish newspaper notice of the petition within

14 days after the

date that the petition is filed with the Board.

At this time, the Board has not received proof of

publication.

Therefore, the Board directs the petitioner to file

such proof within 14 days or this petition may be dismissed.
