    School District’s Motion for Summary Judgment was held on August

    The Court’s decision will be rendered on September 11,

    before the Board
    is handled
    as
    expeditiously
    as possible,
    the School District
    is instructed
    to
    inform the Board promptly of any changes in the current status of
    the action presently before the Circuit Court.
