    This matter is before the Board pursuant to a rule to show
    cause entered on March

    On that date, we directed the
    petitioners,
    5566 Building Partnership and Box Form, Inc. to show
    cause as to why an order dismissing this case should not be
    entered for lack of prosecution.
    On March 21,
    1994,
    petitioners
    filed a corrected status report indicating the underlying issues
    of the case had been resolved, and requesting that we dismiss the
    petition.
    The motion is granted.
    This matter is hereby dismissed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
