ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J. Yi):
On December
14,
1994,
Gunite Corporation filed a Petition
for Review regarding its objection to the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency’s
(Agency) modification of MPDES permit NO.
1L0068284.
The basis for the petition is that the Agency’s
imposition of total chlorine limitation for Outfalls 001 and 002
has no “relevance,” and is “de minimis,” to the anticipated
discharge of total residual chlorine.
On December 19,
1994,
the Agency filed a motion for a forty—
six day extension of time in which to file its record in this
appeal.
The Agency requests leave to file the record on February
28,
1995.
Petitioner has not filed a response.
In support of
its motion, the Agency notes that negotiations in this matter
have been ongoing, and that the parties believe that the issues
involved may be resolved “in short order”.
The Agency notes that
the decision deadline has been waived to July 27,
1995.
The Board grants the Agency’s motion for extension
of time
to file its record.
The Agency’s record in this matter is now
due on February 28,
1995.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy N. Gunn,
Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board,
