This matter comes before the Board on a March 17, 1992, motion
to dismiss filed by the County of Jackson (County).
In support of
its motion the County states that it recently discovered that the
respondent
did
substantially comply with
the County’s requests
regarding the alleged violations of the Act.
The respondent has
provided proof of appropriate disposal of the refuge and the County
states that the site is no longer in violation.
The
County’s
motion
to
dismiss
is
hereby
granted.
The
Petition for Review filed in this matter is moot.
This docket is
closed.
