    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by W.A. Marovitz):
     
    On April 29, 2003, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed a motion
    for reconsideration. The Agency requests that the Board reconsider its March 20, 2003 order in
    which the Board granted petitioner, North Shore Sanitary District’s (the NSSD) motion to stay
    the Agency’s determination regarding an air construction permit to build a sludge dryer/melter.
    On May 5, 2003, the NSSD filed a response (response). On May 13, 2003, the NSSD filed a
    motion to voluntarily dismiss the permit appeal. The Agency does not oppose the motion. Mot.
    at 1. On May 13, 2003, the Agency filed a motion to withdraw the motion for reconsideration.
     
    The Board grants the NSSD’s motion to dismiss the permit appeal. The Board grants the
    Agency’s motion to withdraw the motion for reconsideration. The hearing officer has canceled
    the previously scheduled May 15, 2003 hearing. The docket is closed.
