    This matter
    comes before the Board on
    a petition filed
    on
    February 15,
    1990.
    The petitioner last filed a status report with
    the Board
    on June
    15,
    1992.
    On December
    17,
    1992,
    the Board
    ordered the parties to file
    a status report by January
    18,
    1993.
    The parties failed to comply with that order.
    On January 21, 1993,
    the Board again directed the parties to file a status report, to be
    filed by February
    1,
    1993,
    or this matter would be dismissed for
    want of prosecution.
    On February 1,
    1993, the petitioner filed a
    status report pursuant to the Board’s order of January
    21,
    1993.
    Petitioner states that the earlier failure to file a status report
    was
    in
    good
    faith
    and
    was
    due
    to
    a
    misunderstanding
    of
    a
    conversation with the hearing officer.
    Petitioner reports that the
    parties will advise the hearing officer on or before February 17,
    1993, as to whether they have negotiated a settlement agreement or
    whether they should proceed to hearing.
    The parties are directed
    to file a status report with the Board on or before February
    19,
    1993.
